Collaboration steps
-
After you fill out the contact form, I’ll get back to you shortly to schedule an online or phone meeting. This is where we’ll get to know each other and discuss your project and collaboration details. We’ll set timelines, steps, and costs.
-
We’ll sign a collaboration contract, and I’ll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once I receive the signed contract and the deposit is paid, we are good to go.
-
I will send you a questionnaire with specific questions about your industry so we can better understand the competition, identify key differentiators, and find the right creative direction for your project. We’ll have an online/phone session to go over the project brief and clarify any details. This is where we set the main direction for the project, and from here, I’ll begin the design process (detailed in the section below).
-
The design process can vary from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the project. Once it’s done, I’ll present the proposed solutions (1-3 options depending on the project and its requirements).
-
After the presentation, we’ll evaluate which direction best supports your brand and make any necessary refinements. Once the final version is approved, I’ll issue the final invoice. After payment, you’ll receive a complete set of assets, ready to be implemented consistently across all touchpoints.
My design process
-

1. Briefing & Research
We begin by gathering all the necessary information:
Brief analysis: I review the project brief and questionnaire to identify the key aspects of your business, competitors, and goals.
Research: I explore your industry, study competitors, and gather insights to create a foundation for the design process.
-

2. Concept Development
This phase focuses on generating ideas and defining the visual direction:
Wordmapping & Ideas: I extract key traits and concepts from the brief and research, creating connections that inspire the design.
Sketching: I sketch out multiple ideas to explore potential directions. Once I identify the strongest concepts, I begin refining them into digital representations.
-

3. Presentation & Refinement
This is where you see the concepts come to life:
Presentation: I share 1-3 proposed solutions, each explained in detail, highlighting the reasoning behind design decisions.
Feedback & Refinement: We discuss the options, refine the chosen concept if necessary, and finalize the design to ensure it’s aligned with your vision.
-

4. Finalization & Delivery
The last step is ensuring your brand is ready for use:
Polishing & Export: I prepare the final files in various formats for digital and print purposes.
Delivery: Once the final invoice is cleared, I deliver the complete package, including usage instructions and supporting assets, so you can confidently launch your brand identity.
